HOW TO PLAY STAR ATLAS
WHAT IS STAR ATLAS?
Star Atlas is a ‘Play-to-Earn’ space exploration game built on the Solana blockchain. This is a grand strategy game involving exploration, territorial conquest, political domination, mining and much much more.
The game is under construction in Unreal Engine 5 with basic version due for release in several years (exact dates not published yet). Currently there is an autonomous mini-game (SCORE) which I started playing in January 2022. There will be a new release of the mini game later this year (SCREAM) which will eventually replace score and progressive updates will made to SCREAM increasing functionality and adding new game mechanics. All assets and functions in the mini-games will roll-over into the full game when released.
In game currency is the $ATLAS token and the treasury DAO is the $POLIS token, read more about these below.
MY 10 YEAR PLAN
January 2022
My grand plan is to be generating enough passive income from the game and associated crypto investments in 10 years to sustain my lifestyle.
Most ‘Play-to-earn’ games fail because they are unsustainable, if you make huge returns then the economics simply won’t last, for this reason I DON’T EXPECT HIGH YIELDS. Star Atlas give me hope as it has a team of economists balancing rewards to ensure the game does not implode, with continuous game play AND ONGOING INVESTMENT this should be doable.
I am going to work in ATLAS for consistency & simplicity and it must be understood that crypto markets will go through ‘bear cycles’ where exchange rates can drop by a factor of 10! This is normal, carry on playing with accumulation during these cycles being the name of the game only cashing out in bull runs.

This website was built as a means of documenting my actions in the game but after so many inquiries it is now doubling as a guide to newcomers to see what the game entails and what is actually possible, hopefully it is of help to you.
